It’s been a crazy month. I’ve been busy with work, sad over the war in the Ukraine, and stressed by life. I’m grateful for my papercrafting hobby. It gets me away from email and the computer, away from the latest news, and is an opportunity to turn stress into positive energy. When I have down time or feel like I need some down time, I do a bit of crafting and I find that helps tremendously. I can get lost in hours of crafting and feel energized by it.
Whatever is going on in your life, I hope you have something that lets you disconnect and recharge a little. Make that time for yourself.
