I bought this stamp set specifically to make my mom’s Mother’s Day card this year because she loves orchids. It did not disappoint! You really can make an infinite number of floral arrangements using this stamp set. There are 4 flowers each with 4 layering stamps so you can build up the colors and create a very realistic looking orchid. There’s also 2 buds (each with 3 layering stamps) and two leaves (each with 3 layering stamps). And if that weren’t enough, you even get sentiment stamps!
This stamp set also comes as a bundle with the matching dies for each of the flowers, buds and leaves. I’ll be honest, I opted not to get the bundle because I try to save money if I think the shapes are easy enough to fussy cut — and they’d have to be really easy since I’m not a great fussy cutter. The flowers aren’t tiny and there aren’t a lot of small crevices or corners, so it’s relatively easy to fussy cut.
Tip: In my FLIP: Mother’s Day video, I mentioned using die cuts of the flowers to create your floral arrangement. I die cut about 15 flowers by hand it wasn’t too bad.
