Description
There are so many ink blending tools out there. I have to admit, I am no expert and in part, maybe that’s because I don’t have the latest and greatest tools. But I do love these finger sponges. I find I have more control and can get more ink on the page. When I’ve tried the beauty brush style tools, there’s a much softer finish and I feel like it’s harder to build up color… maybe I just haven’t used it enough. To my eyes, my inking looks OK, so I’m not in a rush to replace what I’m using but these sponges are not holding their shape, so I’m sure eventually I will need to replace them.
I’m curious to use Pink & Main’s Ergonomic Blending Brush (BTW, I found this one on Amazon, which looks a lot like it. I haven’t used either so I don’t know if they are the same or not). I’m also really interested in these I-Crafter I-brush ink applicators because they are the same finger-style but they are brushes and not sponges. Feels like best of both worlds? I haven’t gotten a chance to get those yet. Both the Pink & Main and I-Crafter brushes are always sold out because they are so popular!!
