Alcohol Markers. Since buying my original set of Ohuhu Alcohol markers, I’ve since purchased a larger set of 120. But this time I chose the brush tip with the fine tip rather than the chisel. I never really used the chisel tip on my first set and I find the fine tip helpful for getting into really small detail areas. I really enjoy coloring and in fact, I’ve purchased some Copic markers in skin tones because I enjoy coloring characters a lot and I think skin/face is where you want really smooth blends. We all want smooth skin, right? 🙂
Two things to keep in mind if you are shopping Ohuhu on Amazon. 1) The price can fluctuate a LOT… I mean $20-30 swings in price. So if you are not in a rush, I would monitor the price. What I do is add items to my cart and then click “Save for later”. Then, any time you open your cart, if the price has increased or decreased on anything you marked “Save for later” then you’ll get that notification. 2) I would buy the largest set of markers you can afford. It really is nice having a wide range of colors. I didn’t think so in the beginning, but I can see the value of it now that I’ve been coloring with my 48 set for a while. Plus, with Ohuhu markers, I don’t think you can buy them open stock (individually), so you have to buy them in bundles. I bought the 120 ct set when some of my markers in the original 48 started running dry, but even still, there were some duplicates and I now have some duplicate markers. It’s not a bad thing since you can’t buy refills either so now I have back-ups of some of my markers.
