Description
If you want to get into using colored pencils, this range is very affordable. They do have a reputation for breaking when you sharpen them, which means you might go through your colored pencils a little faster than you would others. Also, these tend to be a little creamier and softer than the Faber Castel Polychromos (which I LOVE but only have a small set), which has the benefit of blending a bit easier and faster to get coverage. However, that too will make you go through your pencils faster too. I haven’t experienced too much breakage. So far, only one or two pencils have broken on me consistently, and it is a real bummer, but on the whole the pencils are a dream to work with!
