I *just* ordered a LOT of fun crafty supplies from Spellbinders. They had some amazing deals during their Spring Clearance.
I was eyeing the Sizzix Sidekick but it seems to rarely go on sale (because it’s already quite affordable at its regular price). When the Prizm went on sale, I jumped on it! It has fantastic reviews and serves the same function as the Sidekick. Prices can vary a lot so check Spellbinders, Scrapbook.com, etc. Even if it’s not on sale, the Prizm‘s regular price is typically more affordable than the Sizzix Sidekick .
I can’t wait for it to come so I can play with it! I’m creating a lot of mini albums as gifts and this little die cutting machine is going to be perfect for cutting little frames and embellishments since most of them are smaller dies. My Cuttlebug is at the further end of my craft table and I usually have to stand and crank through my dies. I usually try to die cut as much as I think I’ll need so I don’t bounce back and forth between assembling/creating and die-cutting. But I’m looking forward to having this mini die cutting machine right next to me while I put together my albums and die-cut as I go. I’ll be sure to do a product review when I get it!
