Description
I don’t use this particular tool kit from WRMK, but it’s really similar to the various tools I’ve purchased separately. It’s quite nice to be able to get everything in one nice bundle.
The paper trimmer is a nice portable size. In fact, I took that cross country with me on my Amtrak train trip.
The small scissors look very similar to my detail precision scissors from Fiskars, which are great for fussy cutting.
The small bone folder is very similar to the scraper tool I use for embossing larger areas.
The pick tool is something I use all the time for peeling off the paper backing on adhesive tapes.
I use the spatula for both spreading embellishment pastes through stencils. I’ve also found it really handy for actually lifting up card stock that I’ve accidentally stuck down crookedly. It can help separate the adhesive from the cardstock without creating rips and tears.
The tweezers are useful for holding smaller pieces of card stock when you apply heat to your embossing powders. They can also be handy for placing embellishments onto your card
The piercing tool is great for punching small holes if you need to put a brad onto your card, scrapbook page, etc.
There’s even a small embossing tool. I use a similar one on my embossing board and sometimes for creating veins on leaves when I’m making 3D paper flowers.
So you see, everything in this kit is fantastic for card-making. Many of these tools are actually similar to the Cricut tools, which are designed to do vinyl weeding as well, so there’s a whole other set of uses for these very same tools if you do any vinyl designs on your Cricut!
