I have a lot of different sponsorship opportunities that range from personal sponsorships by me or sponsoring my team of designers.
I offer a wide variety of marketing services both on a regular basis as well as one-off special occasions (e.g. virtual retreats).
With the same designers sharing to the same audience, your new customer acquisition may stall. Our team can be a source of fresh new potential customers.

You can maintain a smaller design team and with minimal effort magnify your reach for major releases.
Whether your releases are like clockwork or they come and go at the whim of your creativity, there may be times you find yourself needing a surge of promotion. You no longer have to recruit and manage new designers or guest designers or have the constant overhead of running a larger team. You can easily set up a campaign with my team and instantly have access to a wide and ever-growing audience.
This is one way designers can earn actual cash for the work they put into your campaign. Product compensation is wonderful, but it does not pay for materials (paper, glue, etc.), equipment, supplies and in some cases software and other services to produce high quality content.
The products you provide are the tools/supplies the designer needs to promote your brand, but they also make up the majority of the compensation the designer receives for their work, their talent, and their brand influence.
Some deliverables take more time, more skill and are more high value when it comes to converting on sales. For this reason, designers should be compensated fairly for their time and skill.
Designers understand that their compensation is primarily in the form of free product. We love getting to work with your beautiful products, but it doesn’t pay for other expenses we incur. However, having the content on our profile does help us gain views, subscribers/ followers, ad revenue and affiliate sales. That trade-off is something we’re comfortable with.
Your cash payment when you buy our content to post to your profile covers our loss in all those things — which now become an additional gain for your company. You now benefit from the views, the subscribers / followers, any ad revenue and save on paying affiliate commissions as a result of having that content on your profile.
The designers should be compensated for the additional value you’ve gained.
The short answer is No. Designers do their best work when they choose what products they get to work with and on what timeline. You can request certain designers and they will be given first opportunity to volunteer for your campaign, but their availability and participation are not guaranteed.
You only need to supply products to the designers who have signed up for your campaign. If I can’t secure enough designers to meet your needs, you have the option to not move forward.
Once the campaign is finalized and designers have been assigned, you will be invoiced for my fees.
If you choose to buy the content from my designer, you will be expected to pay them via PayPal after the project is complete.
Yes. Photos will have my team’s watermark customized to include your company logo and the designer’s name/handle.
For every campaign, you will have access to download all the watermarked photos so you can share to your socials as well.
You can optionally buy the content from the designer – physical card, blog post, reel, or video. Instead of the designer posting their blog, reel or video to their personal socials, you can post to your company socials exclusively. The designer will still share the project photo to their socials and link to the full post on your profile/page.
(For example, if you buy a designer’s video to post on your YT channel, our designer will only upload it to your channel, but they will share a link to that video to their personal YT community page and across their socials.)
Yes. The Panda Team has a single account you will need to grant permissions. This allows you to easily buy content from multiple designers without having to individually grant permissions to each designer participating on your campaign.
No. Buying content is completely your choice. You can pick and choose which participating designer’s content you want to buy. You will need to inform me of your intent to buy when we create the campaign. This ensures the designer does not post it to their personal channel, so the content can live on your social platforms exclusively.
Yes! We are available and at your service. For regular on-going campaigns, special pricing and recurring automatic payment can be arranged.
Yes, please do! I have a page dedicated to showcasing my team for just that purpose. Each designer has their own portfolio as well. Feel free to reach out to them directly if you would like.
