Virtual Retreat Planning

Starting at $500/retreat

Design Team Sponsorships

I will work with you to build a campaign to suit your marketing needs.  Prices are cash compensation paid to me for organizing and coordinating.  Designers are compensated in product. I require that all companies agree to the following:

  1. Sales Commission – You must have an affiliate program and accept the designers working on your campaign into your program.  This is one way my designers get compensated for their work without you paying cash upfront.  *Exceptions can be made with adjustments to product compensation.
  2. Product Compensation – You must agree to give each designer the following minimum retail value of physical products depending on the deliverables you want. This ensures designers are fairly compensated in product for their skill, time, and talent.
    • Photos only – $25+ in products
    • Photos + Reel/Short – $45+ in products
    • Photos + Blog post – $55+ in products
    • Photos + Video – $80+ in products
  3. Design Brief
    • Designers will create 1+ project and post content according to compensation.
    • Designers will aim to use as many products as they are supplied.
    • If designers aren’t given enough supplies to make a complete, high quality project, they will use products from other brands but will not name the brand in their post/video.
    • Please note: Some of the products you provide are the supplies necessary to promote your company and some are part of the compensation for the work that goes into producing the deliverables. It’s possible not all the products supplied will be featured.
  4. All projects are shared to the designer’s social platforms – unless you purchase their content (see below).  This is payable directly to the designer and compensates them for the loss of affiliate sales, ad revenue, views, new subscribers/followers they would have gained were the content posted to their own profile.

Basic Campaign

$15/Campaign
  • Minimum # of Designers: 1
  • You choose the number of designers and supply product or store credit to each.
  • Each participating designer will create 1 project featuring products received.
  • Each participating designer will share their project to their personal social media during the promotional period.
  • You will have access to all project photos to share on your socials.

Hop Campaign

$50/Campaign
  • Minimum # of Designers: 4
  • You choose the number of designers and supply product or store credit to each.
  • Each participating designer will create 1 project featuring products received.
  • Each participating designer will share their project to their personal social media on the same date and time.
  • You will have access to all project photos to share on your socials.
  • The Hop can be on IG, YT or a Blog
  • Custom Hop Graphic (Square and/or YT thumbnail) will be designed
  • Giveaway can be organized and winner supplied to you for prize redemption

Buy the Content

Starting at $10
  • All costs are paid directly to the designer
  • This cost is in addition to the product compensation for the campaign.
  • Buy the Card: $10/card + shipping - Designer will send the physical card to you.
  • Exclusive Blog to Your Website: $15/blog post - Designer will post to your website exclusively.
  • Exclusive Reel to your socials: $35/reel - The video will be yours to post to IG, FB and/or YT.
  • Exclusive Video to Your Channel: $75/video - Designer will post to your channel exclusively.

Monthly Guest DT

$25/month
  • 3-month minimum commitment
  • You pick how many guests per month
  • You choose what content gets shared - Photo, blog, reel, video
  • I will organize a rotating set of designers each month so you get fresh, new inspiration & audience
  • You send products to the designer(s)
  • I ensure designers meet their deadlines
  • You get access to all their project photos

Sponsor an LV HANDCRAFTED Video or Livestream

Prize Sponsor of a Video or Livestream

$25/episode
  • Your company and any announcement you'd like to promote (e.g. a release or sale) will be mentioned 2+ times during the video/livestream.
  • Supply a Prize (product bundle or gift card) to be given away during the video/livestream. You are responsible for fulfillment.
  • OPTIONAL: Supply a discount code for viewers
  • NOTE: If you are sponsoring a livestream, it will be a regularly scheduled episode. Designers will be crafting with any brands they choose.

Craft Sponsor of "Crafty Fun w/ Friends" Livestream

Frequently Asked Questions

I have my own DT. Why would I choose your team?

With the same designers sharing to the same audience, your new customer acquisition may stall. Our team can be a source of fresh new potential customers.

There are many reasons to choose us:

  1. Reach new potential customers by having an ever-changing source of new designers share fresh inspiration to new audiences.
  2. Effortless scale up your marketing when you need it.
  3. Have access to best-in-class designers creating with your products.
  4. Tap into content formats you might not already have experts in on your team (e.g. Video or Reels)

You can maintain a smaller design team and with minimal effort magnify your reach for major releases. 

Whether your releases are like clockwork or they come and go at the whim of your creativity, there may be times you find yourself needing a surge of promotion. You no longer have to recruit and manage new designers or guest designers or have the constant overhead of running a larger team. You can easily set up a campaign with my team and instantly have access to a wide and ever-growing audience. 

Why do you require an affiliate program?

This is one way designers can earn actual cash for the work they put into your campaign.  Product compensation is wonderful, but it does not pay for materials (paper, glue, etc.), equipment, supplies and in some cases software and other services to produce high quality content.

Why do you require Minimum Retail Value in product?

The products you provide are the tools/supplies the designer needs to promote your brand, but they also make up the majority of the compensation the designer receives for their work, their talent, and their brand influence.

Some deliverables take more time, more skill and are more high value when it comes to converting on sales.  For this reason, designers should be compensated fairly for their time and skill.

Why do you charge for buying the content - shouldn't the product cover that?

Designers understand that their compensation is primarily in the form of free product.  We love getting to work with your beautiful products, but it doesn’t pay for other expenses we incur. However, having the content on our profile does help us gain views, subscribers/ followers, ad revenue and affiliate sales.  That trade-off is something we’re comfortable with.

Your cash payment when you buy our content to post to your profile covers our loss in all those things — which now become an additional gain for your company.  You now benefit from the views, the subscribers / followers, any ad revenue and save on paying affiliate commissions as a result of having that content on your profile. 

The designers should be compensated for the additional value you’ve gained.

Do I get to pick the participating designers?

The short answer is No.  Designers do their best work when they choose what products they get to work with and on what timeline.  You can request certain designers and they will be given first opportunity to volunteer for your campaign, but their availability and participation are not guaranteed.

What if you don't have enough designers for my campaign?

You only need to supply products to the designers who have signed up for your campaign. If I can’t secure enough designers to meet your needs, you have the option to not move forward.

When do I make payment?

Once the campaign is finalized and designers have been assigned, you will be invoiced for my fees.

If you choose to buy the content from my designer, you will be expected to pay them via PayPal after the project is complete.

Will photos be watermarked?

Yes.  Photos will have my team’s watermark customized to include your company logo and the designer’s name/handle.

I want the projects shared on my socials too? How do I get it?

For every campaign, you will have access to download all the watermarked photos so you can share to your socials as well.

You can optionally buy the content from the designer – physical card, blog post, reel, or video.  Instead of the designer posting their blog, reel or video to their personal socials, you can post to your company socials exclusively.  The designer will still share the project photo to their socials and link to the full post on your profile/page.

(For example, if you buy a designer’s video to post on your YT channel, our designer will only upload it to your channel, but they will share a link to that video to their personal YT community page and across their socials.)

Can designers post their content directly to my socials?

Yes.  The Panda Team has a single account you will need to grant permissions.  This allows you to easily buy content from multiple designers without having to individually grant permissions to each designer participating on your campaign.

Do I have to buy ALL the content?

No. Buying content is completely your choice. You can pick and choose which participating designer’s content you want to buy.  You will need to inform me of your intent to buy when we create the campaign. This ensures the designer does not post it to their personal channel, so the content can live on your social platforms exclusively.

I don't have a DT. Can I just use yours?

Yes! We are available and at your service. For regular on-going campaigns, special pricing and recurring automatic payment can be arranged.

Can I recruit your designers to join my DT - either full-time or as a guest?

Yes, please do! I have a page dedicated to showcasing my team for just that purpose. Each designer has their own portfolio as well. Feel free to reach out to them directly if you would like.
